REFUND POLICY

At ProCut Beauty Tools, we stand behind the craftsmanship of every shear we make. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

RETURN WINDOW
You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In its original packaging and protective sleeve
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or email confirmation)

Items that show signs of use, sharpening, or modification cannot be accepted.

HOW TO START A RETURN
Email procutbeautytools@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with a prepaid return label and the return shipping address.

RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping is free. We will provide the label.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your shear arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll replace it at no cost.

EXCHANGES
To exchange for a different model, follow the return process above and place a new order.
