PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

PAYMENT CONFIRMATION
For orders paid by Zelle or CashApp, processing begins once payment is received. Please send payment within 24 hours to avoid order cancellation.

- Standard Shipping: $5 (3-5 business days)
- FREE Standard Shipping on orders $90 and over
- Express Shipping: $10 (1-2 business days)

We currently ship within the United States only.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at procutbeautytools@gmail.com.
